Refund Policy

At Nuchalux.store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@Nuchalux.store with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
• Items without original packaging
• Gift cards
• Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@Nuchalux.store.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@Nuchalux.store.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you received a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately at support@Nuchalux.store with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Shipping Costs for Returns

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is faulty or we made an error. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
